Registration-Type Descriptions
Physician | Post-fellowship, or post-residency and not currently enrolled in a fellowship program — excluding employees of companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, venture capital, management consulting, or financial industries. |
Allied Health Professional | Nurses, technologists, physician assistants, researchers, pharmacists, hospital administrators, biostatisticians, and other non-physicians professionally engaged in interventional cardiovascular medicine — excluding employees of companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, venture capital, management consulting, or financial industries. |
Fellow | Enrolled in a fellowship training program at the time of TCT 2026. |
Medical Student | Enrolled in a medical school program at the time of TCT 2026, studying to become a physician or other clinical medical professional. |
Industry Professional | Employees of companies in the medical device, pharmaceutical, venture capital, biotechnology, management consulting, financial, or other industries — including such employees who are MD, DO, PhD, RN, PA, PharmD, or any other type of health care professional whose primary professional activity is as an employee of such company. |
Industry Professional Emerging Technology Company | Industry Professionals, as noted above, who are employed only by an emerging technology company. Learn more about this discount. |
Exhibitor | All industry representatives, employees, and booth personnel responsible for managing and/or working exhibit booths and engagement hubs. Individual exhibitor personnel must work directly with the person managing registration for their company to receive an Exhibitor badge and should not register as an industry attendee. Note: Exhibitor Hall Access Only provides entry to the TCT 2026 Exhibit Hall. It does not grant access to educational programming or areas outside the Exhibit Hall. |

Terms and Conditions
Registration for and access to TCT® 2026 is subject to the CRF® Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct, and Terms and Conditions.
Prohibition on Badge Swapping, Sharing, or Lending
Swapping, sharing, or lending an event badge to any other person is strictly prohibited. The full policy is available in our Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. Email your cancellation to:

- Full Refund: If we receive your cancellation in writing before Tuesday, August 25, 2026 (by 11:59 PM EDT, UTC −4), you will receive a full refund minus a US$100 administrative fee.
- Partial Refund: If we receive your cancellation in writing between Wednesday, August 26, 2026 (12:00 AM EDT, UTC −4) and Tuesday, September 29, 2026 (by 11:59 PM EDT, UTC −4), you will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
- No Refund: No refunds will be processed after Wednesday, September 30, 2026 (12:00 AM EDT, UTC −4).
Not Coming to TCT 2026? Remember To Cancel Any Travel You Booked.
Upon cancellation of your registration, you are solely responsible for canceling all associated travel arrangements (e.g., accommodation, airfare, and other travel services). As more fully set forth in our Terms and Conditions, CRF is neither liable nor responsible for any travel costs.
Online Access
Registration fee for online access to TCT 2026, if available, is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Fellows and Medical Students
- Free Registration: Registration for fellows and medical students is free.
- Credit Card Hold: A credit card is required during the registration process. A preauthorization hold of US$100 will be placed on your credit card.
- Nonrefundable Fee: You will be charged a nonrefundable fee of US$100 in the following cases: a) if you cancel your registration after Thursday, October 15, 2026 (at 11:59 PM EDT, UTC −4), or b) if you fail to attend TCT 2026.
- Cancellation: If you are a fellow or medical student and need to cancel your registration, kindly do so by Thursday, October 15, 2026 (at 11:59 PM EDT, UTC −4) to avoid the nonrefundable fee.
One-Day Access Rule
By purchasing a One-Day Access badge, you understand, acknowledge, and agree to abide by the following, in addition to the CRF® Terms and Conditions:
- Badge Pickup: You will be able to pick up your badge only on the day you’ve chosen to attend and will be required to return it to the designated registration counter at TCT 2026 by the close of registration on the day of your attendance.
- Badge Return: If you do not return your One-Day Access badge prior to the close of registration on the day of attendance, the credit card on file for your registration will be automatically charged the TCT 2026 Late Full Access registration fee for the designated registration category.
- Downgrades: Refunds will not be issued for changing from Full Access to One-Day Access.
- Single Purchase: Multiple One-Day-Access passes cannot be purchased. If you wish to attend more than one day of TCT 2026, you must register for Full Access. You may upgrade from One-Day Access to Full Access by contacting [email protected]. The prevailing Full Access registration rate will apply.
Substitutions
Registrations cannot be transferred from one person to another, and substitutions are prohibited.
Incorrect/Duplicate Registrations
CRF cannot be held responsible for incorrect and/or duplicate registrations. In such cases, the cancellation policy applies.
Badge Changes and/or Reprints
The fee for on-site badge changes or reprints is $150 per change/reprint.

Photo Badge
To enhance security, ensure event integrity, and personalize your experience at TCT 2026, all attendees are required to upload a recent photo during registration. Your registration will not be considered complete until your photo has been submitted.
Registration is not valid without a photo.
How to Submit Your Photo
ATTENDEES AND PRESS

GROUPS AND EXHIBITORS
✔ The main contact for your group or exhibit can upload photos on behalf of each attendee in the group or participant in the exhibit.
