Application Fee: $47,000
Evening Symposia are conveniently located at hotels in close proximity to the convention center and are held Tuesday through Friday of TCT Week from 8:00 pm -9:30 pm. A cocktail hour or dinner reception may precede the program starting at 7:00 pm Larger in scope than Breakfast Meetings, Evening Symposia attract approximately 150-300 attendees and, although not compulsory, are often CME accredited. Evening Symposia generally have 6-8 speakers.
The application fee for an Evening Symposium is $47,000.
The fee includes:
- Meeting space rental (additional fees may apply for early set up for Evening Symposia)
- Support services from CRF
- Preprogram registration services and post-program attendance reporting
- Four lead-retrieval systems
- Agenda review by the CRF physician committee
- Review of all promotional pieces associated with the satellite program
- Listing in the official TCT Satellite Symposia Guide distributed to theTCT preregistration list, at the convention center, and door-dropped to official TCT hotels
- Videorecording of the symposium with direct audio from the podium and panel microphones, facilitated by CRF (one master DVD is provided and additional copies may be ordered)
Education Policy
Educational content presented at Evening Symposia cannot begin prior to 8:00 pm nor extend beyond 9:30 pm. Receptions may begin at 7:00 pm.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing on company letterhead. Any company canceling will pay the following fees:
- Cancellation on or before May 14, 2010, the company will pay 50% of the total application fee
- Cancellation after May 14, 2010, the company will pay 100% of the total application fee
TCT Faculty Housing Fee
Sponsors who use TCT faculty as speakers on their program will be billed for one night of housing for each TCT faculty member. The TCT faculty housing fee is estimated at $350 per TCT faculty member. CRF will invoice the sponsoring company for one night of housing before January 1, 2011. Should a faculty member participate in more than one program on a given day, the cost will be prorated among the companies sponsoring or supporting the programs. CRF arranges housing for all TCT faculty.
