The Presentation Theater offers the opportunity for industry to provide product specific one-hour educational programs during daytime hours. The Presentation Theater is located inside the Exhibit Hall and is available only to confirmed TCT 2010 exhibitors. Due to the nature of the content and the location of the theater, programs may not be accredited for continuing medical education.
The application fee is $19,000 ($30,000 for a premium lunchtime slot) and includes the following:
- The theater, which is constructed from floor-to-ceiling sound proof drape
- Classroom-style seating for 100
- Stage and panel table with chairs
- Audiovisual equipment including a screen, projector, podium with microphone, a computer on the podium, and audiovisual tech support
- Premeeting registration services (online preregistration)
- Listing on the TCT conference Web site,www.tctconference.com, and in the TCT Final Program
- Listing in at least one TCT newsletter e-blast, which is sent to over 50,000 people
- Listing in a flyer outlining all TCT special activities inserted in door-drop bags
- Directional signage to the Presentation Theater (program-specific signs are the responsibly of the sponsor)

The premium lunchtime slot includes a boxed lunch
Additional Costs to Anticipate
The following items are not included in the cost of the application fee:
- Faculty honoraria and expenses
- Design, production, and mailing of promotional materials
- Use of the TCT preregistration mailing list
- Program specific signage
- On-site staff to manage the program

Other expenses necessary to facilitate the meeting
Date and Time Determination
Presentation Theater sponsors may indicate a preferred date and time, and CRF will work to accommodate company preferences. Special consideration will be given to applications submitted by May 14, 2010.However, this does not confirm nor imply that preferences are guaranteed. Notification of confirmed date and time will be sent via e-mail the week of June 7, 2010.
