Companies may conduct Investigator Meetings and Advisory Board Meetings during the following hours during TCT 2010 Week: before 8:00 am or between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm at the Renaissance Hotel or the Water E. Washington Convention Center. Companies must submit an Application to Conduct an Investigator or Advisory Board Meeting to CRF. CRF will assist the host with creating awareness about the meeting and immediate space approval will be granted, pending application approval.

Where will the meetings be held if booked through CRF?
CRF has meeting rooms available at the Renaissance Washington, DC Hotel and the Water E. Washington Convention Center.
What happens once my application has been approved?
You can either book a room at a hotel of your choice or, if requested, the Meeting Room Request Form will be sent to the meeting host/contact. If booking a meeting room through CRF at the Renaissance Washington, DC Hotel or the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, this request form must be completed and returned to CRF by June 7, 2010.
When requesting a specific date and time, is this request guaranteed?
The meeting host may indicate a preferred date and time to conduct the meeting, and CRF will work to accommodate these preferences. Space allocation will be determined by a first-come, first-served basis. Special consideration will be given to applications submitted prior to June 7, 2010. Notification of confirmed date and time will be sent via e-mail the week of June 14, 2010.
* Approved applications received after the submission deadline, June 7, 2010, will be assigned space as available.
Does the application fee include the room rental cost?
The following items are not included in the costs of the application fee and will be charged separately by the venue:
- Room rental fee
- Audio/visual equipment
- Food and beverage
- Meeting-specific signage
- Other expenses necessary to facilitate the meeting
What happens after the application is sent in to CRF?
If requested, the meeting host will be sent the Meeting Room Request Form once the application and full application fee have been received and processed by CRF and approved. Upon assignment of a meeting room, the meeting host will receive a confirmation letter with the contacts of the Renaissance Washington, DC Hotel or Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
What is the cancellation policy for the application?
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing on company letterhead. Any company canceling will pay the following fees:
- Cancellation on or before July 9, 2010, the company will pay 50% of the total application fee.
- Cancellation after July 9, 2010, the company will pay 100% of the total application fee.
