Important Update: Accepted abstract submissions will be published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology (JACC) TCT Abstract Supplement.

Abstracts are an essential format for sharing new information on topics in interventional vascular medicine. Abstracts should address an area of interventional cardiology, endovascular medicine, or structural heart disease (clinical studies, basic science investigation, and preclinical studies are equally encouraged) and should constitute original research, but the content may include portions of prior abstracts and/or manuscripts presented elsewhere. The abstract selection process for TCT is organized under the auspices of the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (SCAI). Submitted abstracts are peer-reviewed by multiple graders selected by SCAI and TCT faculty. Those abstracts receiving the highest grades are selected for presentation during the main TCT scientific sessions.

Statements disclosing any financial interests are not required until your abstract is accepted.

  • Registration fees for abstract presenters are discounted
  • Registration fees for fellows presenting abstracts are waived (verification of active fellowship status from the program director is required)
  • Abstracts accepted for presentation are published and distributed at TCT in print (published in the American Journal of Cardiology)
