Visa Information

The organizers of TCT, sponsored by the Cardiovascular Research Foundation, believe that international participation and contributions are critical to the continued success of this important educational symposium.  We recognize that the application process for a travel visa has become more complicated and expensive. We are committed to assisting our international participants in this process.

$100 Discount

CRF is pleased to offer a $100 discount to attendees who must obtain a visa for travel to the United States. This discount will be applied for registrants from those countries for which the United States requires a visa. CRF reserves the right to determine individual eligibility for this offer and to modify and/or cancel this offer at any time.

Letter of Invitation

On request, the Cardiovascular Research Foundation is pleased to send an invitation for participation in TCT 2010. Such an invitation is not a commitment on the part of the Cardiovascular Research Foundation to provide any financial support, nor is it a guarantee of the acceptance of an abstract, nor a guarantee that the consulate will issue the visa. Letters of invitation are sent only to those individuals who are registered to attend the program and whose payments have been verified. To request an invitation letter, please contact the TCT Registration Bureau.
